Product Description

The DN (D) 3 series suspension spot welding machine is a type of welding machine that uses the resistance heat generated by the passage of current through the welded part as a heat source under pressure. Mainly used for spot welding of low-carbon steel parts in thin plate structures.

Suspended spot welding machines are generally suspended in the air and connected to welding tongs through flexible cables. Main Features

1. This machine adopts epoxy resin vacuum casting process, which has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, long service life, safety and reliability. This series of spot welding machines adopt a dual air path structure, and the air path system is equipped with a water separator and an oil mist device, which can not only effectively remove the moisture, dust, oil and other impurities in the compressed air, but also make the lubricating oil atomized and injected into the air flow, so as to achieve the purpose of lubricating gas valves, welding tongs, cylinders and other components.

3. This series of spot welding machines can be equipped with two welding tongs of the same or different specifications at the same time.
