Gas liquid pressure diffusion welding machine is an advanced solid-state connection device that adopts a unique "high-temperature and high-pressure non melting" process principle. By precisely controlling the three core parameters of temperature, pressure, and time, it achieves atomic level bonding of materials in vacuum or protective atmosphere environment. The biggest technological highlight of this equipment lies in its innovative gas-liquid composite pressurization system. The hydraulic device can provide a strong pressure of up to 300MPa, while the gas buffer unit ensures uniform and stable pressure distribution, with a pressure control accuracy of ± 0.5%. This precise pressure control capability enables it to perfectly handle various special structures, from ultra-thin 0.1mm parts to complex shaped parts. 5. Welding power supply, energy-saving and efficient. The main welding circuit adopts a fully water-cooled resistance welding transformer and rectifier, with strong output power.
6. The operation is controlled by a foot switch, which has high production efficiency, low labor intensity, and conforms to the operating habits of operators.
7. The equipment is equipped with air pressure and water pressure switches and alarms, which can effectively prevent water shortage or gas welding, thereby protecting the safety of equipment use.
